摘要
以菜油为原料通过碱异构化法方法制备CLA,同时建立了一种简单而又快速的紫外分光光度法测定CLA含量的方法.结果表明:每100g异构化菜油其共轭亚油酸油含量最大值为15. 4g,利用紫外分光光度法测定的共轭亚油酸标准品和异构化菜油在25℃条件下的最大特征吸收峰波长为234nm,并建立了线性回归方程,因此,只要测定油样在234nm的吸光度再依此方程可算得油样中共轭亚油酸的浓度.
The preparation of conjugated linoleic acid(CLA) from edible rapeseed oil as its raw material was carried out by alkaline isomerization. A simple and fast method was developed to measure the total CLA concentration using UV spectrophotometry. The results show that the maximum CLA content is 15.4 g CLA per 100 g isomerized rapeseed oil and the characteristic peaks of CLA in CLA standard as well as isomerized rapeseed oil are found at 234 nm at 25 ℃. A linear regression equation is obtained. Total CLA concentration could be easily obtained by calculating the equation when the absorbency at 234 nm was measured.
