摘要
国家教育部积极推动的新理念大学英语网络教学系统,以建构主义理论和人本主义理论为基础,从全新的角度强调了学生自主学习的重要性,体现了现代外语教学由课堂向课外延伸的理念。
Advocated by the Ministry of Education of China, Shanghai Foreign Language Education Press has developed a net teaching system-New Perspective College English. On the basis of Constructivism and Humanism, emphasis is laid on self-access language learning, which embodies the contemporary notion of foreign language teaching. The authors propose their ideas and suggestions of how to employ this system in English teaching.
