摘要
用5MHz探头Philips SDR1200型超声仪器测量了哈尔滨市区1200名10岁儿童的甲状腺体积与身高。结果表明,全部儿童的甲状腺实质回声均匀。按国际标准评价,哈尔滨市区10岁儿童的甲状腺肿大率为8.5%,属于轻度缺碘人群。
Thyroid volume and body height were measured on 1200 children (10 years old) in Harbin City by using Phililps SDR 1200 ultrasonography (5 MHz transducer). The results show that all of children have normal ultrasonograms (homogeneous echo). According to evaluation of international criteria, goitre rate at ultrasonic level in 10-year-old children in Harbin City is 8. 5% , being mild in iodine-deficient population.
