摘要 对铰链式塑料瓶盖的注塑工艺和模具进行分析,针对塑料件脱模过程中的难点,在模具中巧妙设计了定模顶出机构,在动模中采用自动卸螺纹和推管二次顶出相结合的脱模方式,并合理地设置冷却水道。实际生产证明,该模具设计合理、动作可靠、成型周期短,对同类零件的成型工艺及模具结构设计有一定的参考价值。 The molding process and the mold of the plastics cap joined with a hinge are analysed. The problems in the course of stripping of plastics products are solved by designing a pushing structure of fixed mold ingeniously, adopting an automatic device to remove the screw and opening the die of pushing pipe with second pushing, and setting up the cooling water runner rationally. It is proved that this mold has a reasonable design, reliable motion, a short molding cycle. The mold design can be taken as reference to the similar molding process and the similar mould structural design.
