摘要
介绍羟脯氨酸（ＨＯＰ）一种简便快速测定法。在压力０．２ＭＰａ下水解尿蛋白只需１５ｍｉｎ（０．１ＭＰａ＝１０５Ｐａ），在１００℃沸水中呈色只需１ｍｉｎ。且结果稳定，重复性好，回收率９２．２％。该法操作简单省时，便于临床应用推广。
At present, there are many determination methods for hydroxyproline in the world, but their operation is complex and time-consuming. In this article, it took only 15 minutes in the pressure of 0.2MPa to dydrolysis urine proteins, and also the appearance of color only took one minute in the condition of 100℃ water. The results of this method were stable, reproducibility was good and rate of recovery was 92.2%, The operation of this method is so simple and time-saving that it can be used widely.
