Thermal analysis of the non-isothermal crystallization process of PTT using FTIR microspectroscopy

摘要 采用显微红外光谱技术在较宽的温度范围内,同步跟踪聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯(PTT)的冷却过程,研究了PTT分子中各基团对结晶过程的贡献。从计算得到的各特征基团的表观焓变ΔH可知,PTT中苯环和乙二醇(—O—CH2—CH2—CH2—O—)的各种振动模式的能量状态变化对PTT的结晶过程有不同程度的贡献。 Thermal spectra of poly(trimethylene terephthalate) were collected over a temperature range of 250~40?℃ by FTIR microspectroscopy. Conformational apparent enthalpy differences ΔH in the crystallization process were calculated by Van't Hoff equation at a constant pressure and plotted with temperature. The analysis shows that the energy state changes of benzene ring and the trimethylene glycol unit (O-CH_2-CH_2-CH_2-O) of PTT at the crystal temperature range give different contributions to crystallization of PTT.
