摘要
本文用数值模拟的方法对大型电站锅炉然烧室进行了三维全模拟计算,给出了数学模型和解法,并把计算值和实测值进行了对比。在全面预报燃烧室性能的基础上,对四角切圆燃烧锅炉炉膛出口存在的左右温度和速度偏差问题进行了探讨。
A fully three-dimensional computer model of pulverized fuel,tangentially fired furnace is presented. Numerical methods have been studies. The furnace modelled is on of the XiaHuayuan Power Station 670t/h boilers. The model predicts flows,temperatures,species concentrations,char burnout validation and radiation fluxes. The disparity between left and right Part at the furnace exiting section has been researched. The predictions are compared with furnace measurements, agreement between the predictions and data is very satisfacatory.
