摘要 本文对滚压螺旋槽铜管在结垢工况下与光管进行了性能比较试验。用人工硬水流过两个平行的蒸汽凝结器。每个蒸汽凝结盟内分别装置了两根螺旋槽管和光管。由于结垢,螺旋槽管和光管总传热系数和管程对热系数均随时间增加而下降,但循环水流速越大,螺旋槽管总传热系数和管程对流换热系数比光管下降幅度越小,搞结垢性能越优于光管。 The Performence of spirally indented heat exchanger tubes is compared with smooth tubes under experiment of sealing.Artificially hardened water was recirculated through two parallel heat exchangers, and one contained two spirally indented tubes, the another contained two smooth tubes.The experiments show that the heat transfer coefficient decreases due to deposition of sCaling. The spirally indented tubesmaintained advantages in heat transfer cocfficient over smooth tubes after scaling. The higher the velocity of artificillyhardened water the higher the heat transfer coefficient of the spirally indented tubes compared with that of the smooth tubes.
