摘要
2002年对高原深水湖泊阳宗海水环境进行了综合分析,对阳宗海中的紫色非硫光合细菌(PNSB)的数量进行了调查,利用统计学方法,研究了PNSB类群与环境因子之间的关系.结果表明,影响湖泊中PNSB数量分布的主要因素是水平位点、深度和采水期,溶氧、温度、透明度、COD和叶绿素a等环境因子对PNSB数量分布也有显著影响.通过逐步回归建立了5个模型,可以通过部分环境因子初步预测PNSB的生态分布.各环境因子如叶绿素a含量和透明度之间也有相关性,对这些环境因子进行了初步分析,并计算出它们之间的一元线性回归方程.
Comprehensive analysis was applied on water environment in deep plateau lake, the Yangzonghai Lake in 2002. PNSB (purple nonsulfer bacteria) abundance was also investigated in the Yangzonghai Lake. The correlation between the distribution of PNSB and environmental factors was studied by statistical methods. The result showed that the horizontal location, depth and sampling period were the main three factors influencing the amount of PNSB. Other factors, such as dissolved oxygen, temperature, Secchi transparency, COD and chlorophyll-a content were also the obviously influencing factors. Through stepwise regression, 5 models were established. The distribution of PNSB could be forecasted by some of the environmental factors. The correlation between the factors (chlorophyll-a and Secchi transparency) was studied and the linear regression equations were obtained. Fig 2, Tab 8, Ref 7
