摘要
在对复鞣剂作用下的皮革填充发泡机理进行分析的基础上,以甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯及顺丁烯二酸酐为原料,用分子设计的原理合成制备了具有填充发泡性能的用作皮革复鞣剂的乙烯基聚合物,对聚合物复鞣剂的玻璃化转变温度及相对分子质量用示差扫描量热仪(DSC)及凝胶渗色谱仪(GPC)进行了表征,研究了乙烯基聚合物鞣剂的相对分子质量对其表面活性及在皮革中的渗透性、填充发泡性能的影响,用扫描电镜(SEM)对应用革的显微形貌进行了表征,应用结果表明该复鞣剂具有较好的复鞣及填充发泡效果,复鞣革丰满、柔软、弹性好。
On the base of analyzing the mechanism of leather filling and inflating, the vinyl polymer for leather retanning agent with filling and inflating was synthesized by molecular design method and using methyl acrylic acid and butyl acryliclate and maleic anhydride materials. The glass transition temperature (Tg) and relative molecular weight of vinyl polymer retannage were characterized using differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and gel permeation chromatography(GPC) respectively. The effect of the relative molecular weight of vinyl polymer retannage on its surface active,penetrability and filling and inflating in leather had been investigated by application experiment. The merphology of retanned leather fiber was watched by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The application results show that the vinyl retannage have excellent filling and inflating properties. The retanned leather is softness, fullness, and elasticity.
