摘要
室内浸叶法试验结果表明:取食不同基因型大豆品种的斜纹夜蛾3龄幼虫对高效氯氰菊酯的敏感性变化较大,取食高感、感和中抗大豆品种的斜纹夜蛾对高效氯氰菊酯的敏感性较低,而取食抗和高抗品种的对高效氯氰菊酯的敏感性较高;除取食高抗品种的斜纹夜蛾对辛硫磷的敏感性较高,LC50值为2 43mg/L,相对毒力指数>3外,取食其余品种的斜纹夜蛾对辛硫磷的敏感性变化较小,LC50值为3 98~7 66mg/L。无论是取食高感还是高抗大豆品种的斜纹夜蛾,用不同材料进行毒力测定,均为对高效氯氰菊酯的敏感性变化较大,对辛硫磷的敏感性变化较小。
The results of bioassays showed that the larvae of Spodoptera litura(Fabricius)fed with different genotypes of soybean had remarkable differences in susceptibility to beta-cypermethrin. Compared with the larvae fed with highly susceptible, susceptible and mediate resistant soybean varieties, the larvae fed with resistant and highly resistant soybean varieties were more sensitive to beta-cypermethrin. The larvae fed with all different genotypes of soybean had little differences in susceptibility to phoxim, LC_(50) were 3.98-7.66 mg/L,except the highly resistant soybean variety,which was more sensitive to phoxim than that fed with other varieties,LC_(50) was 2.43 mg/L,the index of relative toxicity was >3. The larvae no matter fed with highly susceptible or highly resistant soybean varieties all had remarkable differences in susceptibility to beta-cypermethrin but little differences in susceptibility to phoxim by varying tested materials.
