摘要
本文分析了发展中的CAPP系统对零件信息描述的基本要求,提出了一种基于基本特征动态组合操作的零件描述新方法,并详细论述了基本特征的划分依据和动态组合操作的实现途径,为CAPP系统向柔性化、集成化和智能化方向发展,进行了理论和实践上的探索和研究。
This paper analyzes the essential requirements of the workpiece description called for by the developing CAPP system and put forward a new method based on the dynamic combination operation for the elementary designing and manufacturing features. It also deals with the division conditions of the elementary features and realization approach of the dynamic combination operation in detail to implement the flexibility, intergration and intelligence CAPP in the study and practice of the basic theory for the new-generation CAPP system.
