摘要
充分利用UG软件强大的CAD/CAM功能来设计与制造DISA线模具,在翻制模具模块时,采用数控加工的泡沫模样代替传统的木模,大大缩短了模具的设计与制造周期,同时提高了模具的精确度降低了成本。
Make full use of the CAD/CAM module of UG software to design and manufacture DISA Casting Line Mold. NC machining foam pattern was used to replace wooden pattern to cast mold blank. These methods can short the periodicity of mold design and manufacturing, increase the mold precision and reduce the cost.
