充油溶聚丁苯橡胶新牌号Y837V中试研究 被引量:5

摘要 在中试装置上合成出高乙烯基溶聚丁苯橡胶新牌号Y837V基础胶,并填充芳烃油。考察了所制得充油胶的物理机械性能、动态力学行为以及加工性能,并同国外类似产品进行了比较。结果表明:Y837V各项物性指标同国外样品VSL5025 1相近,扯断强度超过17MPa,伸长率大于480%,加工性能优于VSL5025 1,硫化胶表现出抗湿滑性好和滚动阻力低的特点。 The basic solution polymer on new brand (Y837V) of solution polymerized butadiene -styrene rubber was synthesized in the pilot plant,and filled aromatic oil.The physical and mechanical properties,dynamic mechanical behavior and processability of oil-extended rubber were investigated,and compared with foreign products .The results show that each physical property is closed to that of Buna VSL that of 5025-1.The tensile strength and elongation at break are greater than 17MPa and 480%,processability is better than that of 5025-1,vulcanizing SSBR is provided with the character of good anti-skid and low rolling resistance.
