摘要
针对直接蒸发冷却系统,建立了数学模型及其相应的边界条件。采用SIMPLER算法求解后,将数值模拟值和实验测试值进行了对比,表明二者是一致的,得出了温度场和湿度场的分布图,并通过在求解程序中改变不同的变量,根据数值模拟结果绘出了迎面风速、填料厚度及空气入口状态参数等因素对直接蒸发冷却系统冷却效率及空气出口状态的影响关系曲线。
In this paper, the mathematical model including the governing equations of the air and boundary conditions has been set up for direct evaporative cooling system. SIMPLER algorithm is used in this paper.The test data on a direct evaporative cooling air conditioner is used to validate the present simulation. The agreement between numerical predictions and the test data is considered good. Distributions of the velocity and moisture content have been predicted. By changing air velocity, filler thickness and the state of air at the inlet, the correlative curve to show the influencing rule of these factors is drawn.
