有高血压家族史的健康子代血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ、内皮素及一氧化氮水平的研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的研究具有原发性高血压(EH)家族史的健康子女血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(ATⅡ)、内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)在EH发病机制中的作用及意义。方法60例有EH家族史的健康子女作为研究组,其中30例为双亲均患EH(双亲组),30例为父亲或母亲一方患EH(单亲组);20例无EH家族史的健康子女为对照组。用光电比色法测定血浆NO的含量,用放射免疫法测定ATⅡ、ET的含量。结果①血浆ATⅡ、NO的水平,研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.01,0.05),而在双亲组与单亲组之间差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②在研究组血浆ET水平与对照组间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③血浆NO与ATⅡ水平呈正相关(r=0.378,P<0.05)。结论有EH家族史的健康子女因遗传关系的影响,在血压升高之前已经出现血浆ATⅡ、NO水平升高。这些缩血管因子和扩血管因子失衡可能导致高血压的发生。 Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of essential hypertension by determining the plasma level of angiotensinⅡ(ATⅡ), endothelin(ET), nitric oxide (NO) in healthy offsping with family history of EH. Methods 60 healthy offsping with family history of EH were randomly recruited as the study group and divided into 2 subgroups:30 offsping of both parents with EH(two- parents group ),30 offsping of a parent with EH (one-parent group).20 healthy offsping of parents without EH were assigned as the control group. The level of plasma NO was determined by electrophotometer and the levels of ATⅡ?ET were determined by radioimmnnoassay. Results ①The plasma levels of ATII?NO increased significantly in study group compared to those in the control group (P<0.01,0.05=. There were no differences in the levels of ATⅡ?NO between the two-parents group and one-parent group (P>0.05).②No difference in plasms level of ET was found between study group and control group (P>0.05)③The plasma level of ATII were positive correlated with that of NO(r=0.378,P<0.05=. Conclusions Before blood pressure is raised ,the plasma levels of ATII?NO have increased in the offsping with family history of EH because of the heredity. The altered vasoactive factors can result in the development of EH.
