摘要
以α-乙酰环己酮为原料,在不同金属离子添加剂存在下,研究NaBH4对羰基的选择性还原.结果发现当单独使用NaBH4时,两个羰基同时被还原;当加入金属Cd2+时,得到产率为78%的1′-羰基被还原的产物4;当加入金属Ce3+时,得到产率为42%的1-羰基被还原的产物2及产率为34%的1′-羰基被还原的产物3,金属离子Bi3+、Ni2+及Co2+对α-乙酰环己酮的选择性还原没有影响.
The reduction of α-acetyl cyclohexanone with NaBH_4-CH_3OH was investigated in the presence of different metal ions. The result shows that two carbonyls was reduced when only NaBH_4 was used.1′-carbonyl was reduced, yield of product 4 was 78%when Cd^(2+) was added. 1-carbonyl and 1′-carbonyl reduced respectively, yield of product 2 and 3 was 42%and 34% respectively when Ce^(3+) was added. Bi^(3+), Ni^(2+) and Co^(2+) did not influence reduction of two carbonyls in (-acetyl cyclohexanone.
