摘要
于2003~2004年间,对南明河(花溪水库至巿二医河段)的细菌总数、大肠菌群数及部分理化指标进行了检测,以期能了解南明河的细菌污染状况及其与部分理化指标之间的关系.结果表明,南明河花溪水库河段、花溪公园河段、五眼桥河段、河滨公园河段以及巿二医河段等5个采样点的细菌总数年均值分别为246个·mL-1、2 214个·mL-1、18 725个·mL-1、33 050个·mL-1和32 950个·mL-1,说明从南明河城区上游至下游河段,细菌总数总体上呈递增趋势.同时细菌总数的分布也呈现出明显的季节变化特点,表现为夏季﹥秋季﹥春季﹥冬季.相关性分析表明,细菌总数与物理指标pH及有机污染指标CODMn、BOD5、DO均呈显著相关关系,但与有机污染指标相关性更好,可见南明河细菌污染与有机污染密切相关.
The bacterium total, colititre, some physics and chemistry norm were examined on Nanming River (From Huaxi reservoir section to the Second Hospital river section) in the period of September in 2003 to August in 2004. It was expected to explore the relation between bacterial pollution and some physics and chemistry norm. The result is that bacterium total of Huaxi reservoir section, Huaxi park river section, Wuyan Bridge river section, Hebin park river section, the Second Hospital river section was 246, 2214, 18725, 33050, 32950 per millilitre separately. Bacterium total appeared to be overall increasing trend from the upper reaches to the lower reaches of Nanming River. Bacterium (total’s) distribution also appeared to have an obvious seasonal characterisitic, Summer > Autumn >Spring > Winter. And analyzing the connections between bacterium total and some physics and chemistry norm, there appeared remarkable relateness of bacterium total and pH or bacterium total and organic pollution norm(including COD_(Mn),BOD_5 and DO) too. But the relateness of bacterium total and the latter was much better. It showed that bacterial pollution was closely related organic pollution on Nanming River.
