摘要
可持续发展是我国国民经济和社会发展的一项基本战略。企业战略管理的主要职能是根据对未来市场环境变化的机遇和风险的预测,制定和选择企业发展的重点和创新发展方式,安排各个方面协调统一,以保证企业的整体效益和可持续发展。在当前社会呼吁可持续发展环境下,本文从企业层次,从战略管理角度,全面分析了我国企业在可持续发展战略方面存在战略虚无或趋同化、战略管理链条中断、战略思维僵化等问题。从战略观念、组织结构、核心竞争力等方面,提出企业为了实现可持续发展应采取的战略对策。
Sustainable development is a basic strategic of economic and social development in China. The primary function of corporation strategic management is that the corporation development emphases and mode should be chosen according to prediction of marketable chance and risk in order to ensure sustainable development and whole effect. In the social environment of appealing sustainable development, the paper analyzed the problem about sustainable development, for example, strategic nothingness or similarity, strategic management chain breaking off, strategic thinking rigidity and so on. The paper put forward that corporation stratgy should be adopted in order for sustainable development from strategic view, structure of organization, core competence.
