摘要
女性就业歧视作为一种全球性的现象, 自二战至今似有愈演愈烈之势。女性就业歧视损害了人与人之间的机会平等和待遇平等, 使人类的发展潜能、选择和从事职业、实现个人抱负的自由受到限制, 由此造成了人的才能和人力资源的极大浪费, 严重地影响到社会公正、社会稳定和社会经济发展。因此, 反女性就业歧视已成为世界各国共同面对的问题。根据贝克尔的歧视理论, 对女性就业歧视现象进行了经济学分析, 并结合目前我国女性就业歧视的特点, 提出了反女性就业歧视的对策。
Sexism in job-hunting has become a more and more serious global problem since World War II, which impairs human equality in opportunities and treatment and restrains freedom of human beings in developing their potential, selecting and pursuing their professions and realizing their aspiration. As a result, human talent and human resources are greatly wasted, which has a negative effect on social justice, social stability and socio-economic development. So anti-sexism has become a world issue that every nation should be faced with. Based on Bekers discrimination theory and the current characteristics of sexism in China, this paper makes an economic analysis of sexism in job hunting, and proposes some strategies to fight against it.
