含镍三氯化铁蚀刻废液的综合利用 被引量:6

摘要 针对显像管荫罩生产工艺中产生的含镍三氯化铁蚀刻废液的处理,先用铁粉将+3价的铁还原,再以硫化亚铁将镍置换回收镍,而铁以液体三氯化铁或固体氯化亚铁的形式得到综合利用,处理工艺技术先进、简单有效。 For the treatment of waste ferric chloride etchant containing nickel from electronic shadow mask industry,iron powder was added and Fe 3+ was reduced to Fe 2+ .The nickel in the waste soˉlution was reclaimed by using ferrous sulfide.The ferrous is recycled in the form of liquid FeCl 3 or solid FeCl 2 .The treatment technique is advanced and effective,and it has a good environmental and economical benefit.
