孕妇早期流产与使用电热毯关系的病例对照研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过病例对照研究探讨自发流产与怀孕期使用电热毯的关系。结果,孕早期使用电热毯的自发流产和总异常妊娠的OR值分别为1.95(95%CI1.31~2.90)和1.61(95%CI=2.34),但异常妊娠OR值的增高是由于自发流产增高所致。当排除孕早期使用有关药物、孕期职业暴露于化学物质和噪声这些干扰因素后,仍显示相似结果。提示孕早期使用电热毯可能增加自发流产。 A case-control study of abnormal pregnancy, especially spontaneous abortion, and electric blanket usage during pregnancy were conducted. Only Were the cases with the last menstruation locating Julg to next February selected, considering the gestation of whom should cover whole the season of electric blanket usage. The controls were healthy pregnant women matched age, last menstruation with corresponding cases. The total cases were 986, among them spontaneous abortion represented the most (68. 0% ), and controls 975.After statistic analysis, the odds ratios for spontaneous abortin and total abnormal pregnancy by electric blanket usage during early pregnancy were 1. 95 (95% Cl= 1. 31-2. 90) and 1. 61 (95%Cl = 1. 10-2. 34 ), respectively, and there was significant difference between the two groups. The elevated odds ratios of total abnormal pregnancy was due to that of spontaneous abortion. Similar results were obtained after adjustment for drng usage, exposure to chemicals and noise.These results suggested that electric blanket usage during early pregnancy may have some relations with spontaneous abortion.
