摘要
分析了我国成品油销售企业实施员工满意度(ESD)的内向性、员工主体性、领导主导性和可控性强的四个特点,指出了实施中应注意的四个问题,提出了确立理念、领导主导、员工参与和配套改革的对策,以确保我国成品油销售企业员工满意度顺利而有效地开展。
Characteristics of Employee Satisfaction Degree (ESD) strategy is analyzed. Points for attention is presented. Concept building, leaders leading, participation of employees and supporting measures are helpful to practice of ESD strategy successfully.
