摘要
利用高速逆流色谱(HSCCC)成功分离了邻苯二酚和对苯二酚这一对同分异构体,以正己烷 乙酸乙酯 甲醇 水为溶剂系统,分离效果最好时的溶剂体积比为7∶3∶6∶4,以上相为固定相,下相为流动相,流动相流速为0 5mL min。
The mixture composed of catechol and hydrochinone which are isomers were successfully separated by high-speed countercurrent chromatography.The two-phase solvent system consisted of hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol-water(volume ratio is 7∶3∶6∶4) was the best one.The lower phase was mobile phase and the upper phase was stationary phase.The mobile phase flow rate is 0.5 mL/min.
