摘要
在分析发光二极管(LED)光色特性的特殊性和复杂性的基础上,试着寻求得到更加准确数据的测试方法。封装、温度、探测器、测量定律等都可对LED参数的测量结果产生重大的影响,只有减小各项误差后才可以得到接近真实的测量结果。
We try to find better methods to measure photometric and colorimetric parameters of LED after analyse its particularity and complexity. Package design, temperature, detector and the measurement law influence measurement results of LED greatly. LED real data results only if all those problems are resolved.
