摘要
8种大孔树脂对菜籽多酚的吸附与解吸实验表明,特1号树脂最适于该多酚的初步纯化,采用串柱法有利于树脂吸附能力的发挥。在特1号树脂柱上,蒸馏水能较好地洗脱掉菜籽多酚中的杂质;用74%(v/v)酸性乙醇(含5% (v/v)的0. 1mol/LHCl),以1BV/h的流速洗脱,最适合于工业生产中解吸菜籽多酚。
Experiments using 8 kinds of macro-reticular resin for adsorbing and desorbing rapeseed polyphenol were conducted. Number special-1 is the most appropriate resin for the preliminary purification of polyphenol. The adsorbing capacities of resin could be fully utilized by arranging column in series. In the special-1 column, impurity in rapeseed polyphenol can be removed well by distilled water. The following condition is optimum for purifying polyphenol in industry production: use 74% (v/v) acidic ethanol [containing 0.5% (v/v) 0.1mol/L HCl] as eluting solution, and set velocity of flow 1BV/h.
