摘要
用浸渍法制备了钯(0)/壳聚糖催化剂,考察了催化剂对有机锡试剂和有机卤化物偶联反应的催化作用,并且尝试了催化剂的重复使用。结果表明该负载钯催化剂对偶联反应具有较高的催化活性和化学选择性,催化剂循环使用5次,偶联反应的产率仍在47%以上,采用XPS方法对催化剂表征及反应机理研究,说明催化剂是经过氧化加成、金属变换、还原消除过程完成催化反应。
Pd(0)Catalyst supported on chitosan was prepared by soak method. The catalyst had a good catalytic activity and chemical selectivity in the coupling reaction of organotins and organic halides. It could be reused and the yields was still 47 % after using five times. The catalyst has been investigated by XPS and the catalytic mechanism were also discussed. The coupling reaction finished through oxido-addition, metal-conversion and reduction-elimination .
