摘要
研究了萘与硝酸铈铵和溴酸钠的反应,提供了一种温和、简便的制备1-硝基萘的方法,而聚乙二醇作为相转移催化剂可以提高反应的选择性。在萘与硝酸铈铵和溴酸钠的物质的量比为1:1:5,反应温度50-60℃,反应时间80min的最佳反应条件下,1-硝基萘的产率达81.5%。
A simple and mild method for the synthesis of 1-nitron-aphthalene was studied. 1-Nitronaphthalene could be obtained by the reaction of naphthalene with cerium ammonium nitrate and sodium bromate. As a phase transfer catalyst polyethylene glycol could improve the selectivity of the reaction. The results showed that when the molar ratio of naphthalene to cerium ammonium nitrate and sodium bromate was 1:1:5;reaction temperature 50-60℃;and reaction time 80min;the yield of 1-nitronaphthalene was 81.5% .
