摘要
以多目标、多变量随机决策分析的理论和方法为指导,系统地研究了南京市水环境-大气环境-经济系统协调发展的宏观决策问题,对综合解决实际问题具有现实指导作用。在决策过程的规范化、决策模型的建立以及多目标和多变量决策求解等方面作了新的探索,对大、中、小尺度的区域环境-经济问题具有普遍意义。
Based on the theory and methodology of multi-objective andmulti-variable stochastic decision analysis, the macro decision problem of coordinated development of Nanjing water-air-economy system is studied systematically, which has practical effects on guiding the comprehensive solution of the actual problems, Searches after the normalization of decision procedure, the building of decision models, the solution of multi-objective and multi-variable decision problems, etc.are prosecuted, which have general significance for large,middle and small scale regional environment-economy problems.
