涎腺腺样囊性癌中PCNA、c-myc的表达及其临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究PCNA、c-myc基因在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化的方法检测52例腺样囊性癌和9例正常腮腺组织、10例多形性腺瘤中PCNA、c-myc基因的表达。结果:PCNA在9例正常腮腺组织中均呈低增殖性表达,c-myc均呈阴性表达。在涎腺腺样囊性癌中PCNA表达程度在局部复发和组织类型方面存在着显著差异性(P<0. 05),而在肿瘤分期、转移、性别及年龄方面无显著性差异(P>0. 05)。c-myc其表达在肿瘤分期和组织类型方面存在着显著差异性(P<0. 05),而在局部复发、转移、性别及年龄方面无显著性差异(P>0. 05)。PCNA及c-myc在腺样囊性癌和腮腺多形性腺瘤中的表达无显著差异(P>0. 05)。PCNA与c-myc在腺样囊性癌中的高表达具有相关性(P<0. 05 )。结论:c-myc可作为判断腺样囊性癌临床分期、组织类型的参考指标;PCNA可作为判断腺样囊性癌组织类型的参考指标;c-myc的过表达引起细胞增殖和分化失控在腺样囊性癌的发生、发展过程中起着一定作用。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical significance of proliferation cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and oncogene c-myc gene in adenoid cystic carcinoma of salivary glands. Methods: To measure the expressions of PCNA, and c-myc by immunohistochemical staining(SP) in 52 patients with adenoid cystic carcinoma of salivary glands, and take 9 normal salivary gland specimens, and 10 pleomorphic adenoma specimens as control. Results: PCNA was expressed normally in 9 cases of normal salivary gland tissue, while c-myc was negative. The over expression of PCNA was significantly correlated with local recurrence and pathologic classification (both P <0.05), but not with the clinical stage, metastasis, gender and age (both P >0.05).The expression of c-myc was significantly correlated with the clinical stage and pathologic classification (both P <0.05), but not with local recurrence, metastasis, gender and age (both P >0.05). The expression rates of PCNA and c-myc in the tissue of the adenoid cystic carcinoma and pleomorphic adenoma had no significant difference ( P >0.05).The expression of c-myc was positively correlated to the expression of PCNA in adenoid cystic carcinoma ( P <0.05). Conclusions: The expression of c-myc may be taken as a biomarker in judging clinical stage and pathologic classification of adenoid cystic carcinoma; the expression of PCNA may be taken as an index in judging pathologic classification of adenoid cystic carcinoma; the over expression of c-myc results in the unchecked proliferation and differentiation, which may play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of adenoid cystic carcinoma.
