摘要
对刮膜式分子蒸馏传热方程进行数值求解,针对0 25m2 刮膜式分子蒸馏器,以DBP(邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯)为物料进行了模拟计算。初步探讨了进料温度、进料速率2个参数对蒸馏器内头波温度及液膜表面蒸发速率的影响。模拟结果表明,头波温度随进料温度的升高而升高、随进料速率的增大而降低;液膜表面蒸发速率随进料温度的升高而增大,随进料速率的增大而减小。
The thermal transfer equations of wiped film molecular distiller were solved by numerical method. Based on the 0.25 m^2 wiped film molecular distiller, the effects of feed temperature and feed rate on bow temperature distribution and evaporation rate of film surface were primarily discussed by numeric simulation with di-n-butyl phthalate(DBP) as feed liquid. The result showed that both the bow temperature and evaporation rate increased with rising the feed temperature and decreased with rising the feed rate.
