Meso-structures of complex systems and dissipative particle dynamics simulations

摘要 耗散粒子动力学(DPD)模拟方法是研究复杂物系介观结构的一种重要手段。首先简要介绍了DPD模拟方法,然后介绍了实际物系与DPD模型映射的2种方法,即Groot和Warren方法以及Pagonabarraga和Frenkel方法。最后对DPD模拟的理论和应用研究进展作了回顾。 Dissipative particle dynamics (DPD) simulation is one of the most important methods for the study of the meso-structure of complex systems. In this review, the DPD simulation method was briefly presented. Two mapping methods between real systems and DPD model, i.e. mapping method developed by Groot and Warren and that by Pagonabarraga and Frenkel, were introduced. Finally, the progresses in the studies of the theory and applications of DPD method were reviewed.
