摘要
提出一种模拟塑性成型过程的模拟块技术。用它进行齿轮锻件的模锻模拟时,把齿轮分成内外两部分,每一部分使用一个模拟块。两部分通过一个接口传递数据。每个模拟块在各自的型腔内自动进行形状和尺寸变化的模拟。不必关心模块的内部工作细节,只须注意表示其几何形状和尺寸变化的边界参量即可。详细介绍了基于UBET原理的轴对称矩形模拟块的建立、使用性能及其在正反向模拟中的用途与应用实例。
This paper presents a new approach to simulate plastic forming processu-Simulation Block Technique(SBT). In simulating die forging process of gear forging,the whole deforming body was divided imaginarily into two parts the information of which is transmitted through a passage. Each part uses only one simulation block which executed automatically deformation simulation in corresponding die cavity, describing their figure and dimension change. It is unnecessary to care working detail inside the simulation block and only pays attention to the boundary parameters that show deformation. In this paper an axisymmetric rectangular simulation block based on UBET is introduced. its characteristics and application in forward/reverse simulation technique are also presented. In the end,the paper gives successful examples in production to prove this idea and its technique.
