摘要
预报补偿与控制技术是提高精密内圆磨削质量的有效途径。在分析轴承内圈内圆磨削质量的基础上,指出精密内圆磨削过程可视为一典型的灰色系统,灰色系统GM(1,1)模型将有助于进一步认识内圆磨削过程的本质。建模仿真结果表明,GM(1,1)模型可以较好地描述工件磨削尺寸误差序列的趋势项,基于此,就可以对内国后削过程实施预报补偿控制。设计了旨在提高轴承内圈内圆磨削质量和效率的控制系统。
Forecast compensation and control technology is an effective method to improve precision internal grinding quality. Based on an analysis of the grinding quality of bearing inner rings,this paper points out that precision internal grinding process can be thought a typical grey system,and the grey system GM(1, 1) model will help us to recognize the essence of precision internal grinding process. The modelling simulation results on computer show that the GM(1, 1) model can describe effectively the tendency of the ground workpiece size error series. Finally,a quality control system which is used to improve the grinding quality and efficiency of bearing inner rings is designed.
