摘要
在分析和归纳现有大量实验数据的基础上建立了判断Cr,Ni奥氏体焊缝结晶模式的Cr,Ni当量关系式。当Creq≥1.578Nieq—0.44时,焊缝以FA模式结晶,焊缝中不易出现凝固裂纹;当Creq≤1.578Nieq-1.36时,焊缝则以先析出奥氏体的PA模式结晶,热裂倾向性较大。用实验数据验证了判断关系式。上述判断关系式的建立,提供了焊缝热裂敏感性预测的手段。
In this paper, a criterion to predict the solidification mode of Cr,Ni dustenitic weld metal has beed established on the base of a great deal of available experimental data. Weld metal solidifies in the primary ferritic mode FA when Creq≥1. 578 Nieq - 0. 44,and the suseeptibility of weld metal to solidification cracking is low. Otherwise, if Creq≤1. 578Nieq - 1. 36, the susceptibility of weld metal to solidification cracking is high because of its primary austenitic solidification mode PA. In this study,the criterion to predict the solidification mode has been verified with the authors' experimental results. This developed criterion can be applied as a method to predict the susceptibility of Cr,Ni austenitic weld metals to solidification cracking.
