机器人化迅捷装配技术与系统

摘要 阐述装配作业的内涵和11003J1生产模式,机器人化机器和迅捷(agile)制造的产生背景和实施。论述人工装配的信控特点,指出技艺知识的学习大致是个多种单元条件反射的建立及其组织过程。指出人工装配存在的问题和装配作业机器人化的必要性。最后讨论了建造机器化迅捷装配系统的可行性。 The content of assembly and the production pattern of '11003 J1'were explained. The background and implementation of robotization machines and agile manufacturing were discussed. The information and control characteristics of manual assembly were described,it was pointed out that the learning of skill knowledges is nearly a process in establishing and organizing various kinds of unit conditional reflexes. Problems existed in manual assembly and the necessity of robotization for assembly were pointed out,and the possibility in establishing the robotization agile assembly system was discussed at last in this paper.
