摘要
目的:探讨痹肿消汤对胶原诱导性关节炎(collageninducedarthritis,CIA大鼠的作用机制。)方法:用含588个基因克隆的大鼠cDNA微阵列研究CIA大鼠经痹肿消汤干预前后的滑膜基因表达谱。结果:痹肿消汤干预后大鼠差异表达基因共有29个,其中上调基因8个,下调基因21个。结论:痹肿消汤通过对多基因、多靶点的调控,可改善患者关节疼痛等功能障碍,是治疗类风湿关节炎rheumatoidarthritis,RA的有效方剂。
AIM:To investigate the mechanism of bizhongxiao decoction(BZXD) in treating rats with collagen induced arthritis(CIA). METHODS:The cDNA microarray chips containing 588 rat target genes were used to identify the gene expression profiles in synovitis of CIA rat before and after intervention of BZXD. RESULTS:After intervention of BZXD,29 differential expressed genes were identified in CIA rats,including 8 genes were up regulated and 21 were down regulated. CONCLUSION:BZXD can ameliorate the functional disorders such as joint pain through adjusting and controlling several genes and targets,and it is an effective drug for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).
