摘要
介绍爆炸条纹图自动分析系统中图像预处理、二值化和细化所涉及的图像处理技术,采用VC编制应用程序,对某爆炸条纹图进行处理。爆炸条纹图经灰度修正、滤波、平滑后,噪声有所减少,图像质量增强。采用一般动态阀值法进行二值化,噪声明显减少。细化后的条纹骨架清晰,基本连续,但是有毛刺、小桥、空洞。
The pre-processing, binarization and thinning of fringe pattern in image-processing are introduced. A blasting fringe pattern is processed with the applied program made by using of VC. The noise of the blasting fringe pattern is reduced and quality is increased after processing by gradation modification, filtering and smoothness. The noise of the blasting fringe pattern is evidently reduced by binarization processing with normal dynamic limits, and the frame fringe patterns is clear and basically continuous after thinning process, but some needling, porosity and holes still exist.
