摘要
在等离子弧堆焊铁基和镍基合金时外加纵向磁场,研究表明,引入适当磁场强度产生的电磁搅拌不仅可以细化堆焊层金属的组织,而且可以控制堆焊层中硬质相的数量、形态及分布;从而改善了堆焊层金属的硬度和耐磨性,同时也提高了堆焊层金属的综合力学性能。
Appling longitudinal magnetic field on Fe based and Ni based plasma arc surfacing,researching results show electromagnetic stirring not only can refine the structure of weld metal overlay but also can control the volume, morphology and distribution of hard phase in weld metal overlay,can improve hardness and wear resistance of the weld mental overlay, and increase the comprehensive mechanics performance of weld metal overlay.
