摘要
介绍了各种胶态成型的特点以及陶瓷胶态成型技术的最新进展,并对它们的应用情况做了简要的分析。胶态成型方法在制备复杂形状的陶瓷部件方面有着无可比拟的优势,而且可以有效地控制材料的显微结构,减少材料内部的各种缺陷,提高了材料的力学性能和使用的可靠性。提高新的成型技术的可靠性,降低成本,减少操作步骤,和环保要求相适应,并且把它们转化为商业上可推广运用的生产方法,是今后成型技术发展的主要目标。
The new developments in colloidal forming process and their benefits and drawbacks were introduced in this paper. Ceramic powders colloidal processing techniques are used to fabricate large size, complicated shape ceramic parts of high reliability. The aim of the development of molding technique is increasing its reliability, simplifying its operation route, suiting the requirements of environment protection and translating it into commercial application.
