摘要
利用溶浸剂来提取杂卤石中钾的浸出过程是杂卤石综合利用过程中的关键因素之一,论文在单因素条件试验的基础上,利用L9(34)正交试验法对杂卤石盐浸过程的优化工艺条件进行了研究。结果表明,该过程的优化工艺条件为:矿样粒度为0.149mm、浸出温度为323K、溶浸剂浓度为10%、液固比为10∶1。
The leaching process of Polyhalite in leaching agent is one of the key factors in the comprehensive utilization of Polyhalite. In the paper,based on the previous results of separate factor conditional experiments,the optimum technological conditions during the leaching process of Polyhalite in leaching agent are studied by using orthogonal L_9(3~4) experiments. The results indicate that the optimum technological conditions are as follows:the particle size of mineral is 0.149mm,the leaching temperature is 323K,the concentration of leaching agent is 10%,and the proportion of liquid to solid is 10∶1 .
