摘要
介绍了所研制的半金属树脂基摩擦材料替代石棉摩擦材料,对其摩擦学等性能进行了研究并在进口掘进机上进行了试用。装机试验表明,所研制摩擦片磨损总量最小,耐磨性能和使用寿命在正常使用或离合器打滑情况下优于石棉摩擦片。
The paper introduces developed semi-metal resin-based friction material that replaces asbestos friction material, researches its friction properties and makes trial test on imported tunneler. Test show that wear loss of developed friction disk is less, anti- abrasion properties and employment lifespan is superior to that of asbestos friction disk either in normal or sliding case.
