摘要
随着社会的发展,“安乐死”问题越来越引起世人的关注。由于关涉到种种道德问题,安乐死在我国难以取得合法地位。而我国儒道两家代表的传统生死观对死亡价值的肯定和重视,为安乐死的合法性提供了很有说服力的理论依据。
Euthanasia, gained more and more attention no w, has not been legalized yet in China for some moral reasons.As the opini ons on death in Confucianismand taoism affirm and emphersize the value o f people's death, they sustain the legalization of euthanasia effectively.
