摘要
目的 应用计算机三维重建和虚拟现实研究,显示基底神经核区和结构的立体形态、空间位置和毗邻关系。方法 抽取中国数字化可视人体数据集中含有基底神经核和周围结构的断面图像,分别应用Medview软件和VRman软件,对基底核区的尾状核、壳核、苍白球、丘脑的内部核、丘脑底核、杏仁核及其周围结构中的视神经、红核、黑质和脑室等进行计算机三维重建和虚拟现实显示。结果 应用Medview软件重建的三维图像比较清楚地显示了基底神经核诸核及其周围结构的空间形态和毗邻关系,并能单独显示、任意搭配显示或总体显示;应用VRman软件进行的计算机虚拟现实显示,对于所构建的部位可以基本恢复到原始自然状态,可以对所构建的基底节区重新从冠状位、矢状位和水平位以及任意方位和角度的斜切进行连续断面切割,清晰显示其内部结构。结论 基底神经核的三维重建和虚拟现实研究对于该区域疾病的影像学诊断和神经外科手术,尤其是对立体定向手术具有重要的意义。
Objective To reconstruct and visualization of nucleuses around basal ganglion.Methods Basal ganglia nucleuses and some main structures of digital visible human data were reconstructed and visualized by the Medview software andthe VR software.The Medview software was independently exploited by ourdepartment.The VR software was provided by the Chinese University of Hong Kong.Results Basal ganglion areas of digital visible human were visualized by VR software.Reconstructed parts could be restored rudimental natural state.On this condition,using the function provided by VR software,reconstructed parts could be re-dissected serially from coronal,sagittal and horizontal directions,and inner structures of reconstructed parts were displayed clearly.Furthermore,Reconstructed basal ganglion areas could be made serial inclined planes from random orientations or angles,and rotated by random angles.Conclusion Tri-dimensional reconstructions and visible displays of basal ganglion area in digital visible human data sufficiently revealed the solid state,spatial figure and abutted relationship of the basal ganglion and area around it.From this study,the optimal observational angle could be choose to the inner structure of the basal ganglion area.So it has the obvious application value for the imaging diagnosis and stereotactic neurosurgery.
