摘要
目的:评价多层螺旋CT二维或三维成像在骨外伤的应用价值。方法:6 0例骨外伤患者均行X线平片检查及十六层螺旋CT扫描,原始数据输入工作站进行二维或三维重建处理。结果:6 0例骨外伤均有骨折,其中X片确定骨折的有35例,CT平扫片确定骨折的有4 1例,后处理图像确定骨折的有5 6例,CT平扫和后处理图像共同确定骨折的有5 9例。经χ2 检验,X线平片与CT平扫在确定有无骨折方面差异无显著性意义(P >0 .0 5 ) ,后处理图像或CT平扫和后处理图像结合与X线平片或CT平扫之间差异有显著性意义(P <0 .0 1)。结论:运用多种图像后处理技术,能清晰地显示骨的解剖结构,并能确定有无骨折和骨折的类型。骨的二维或三维成像是CT平扫的重要补充。
Objective:To evaluate the application value of multi-slice helical CT with two or three-dimensional imaging reconstruction in bone trauma.Methods:All of 60 cases of bone trauma were examined by X-ray plain film. Afterwards, all cases were scanned with 16-slice helical CT again.All raw data were transferred to workstation and processed for 2D/3D imaging reconstruction.Results:Each of 60 cases of bone trauma had fracture, 35 cases of which were confirmed with X-ray plain film, 41 cases with CT plain scan,56 cases with two or three-dimensional image,59 cases with CT plain scan and two or three-dimensional image together. There was not significantly different (P>0.05)for the cases between X-ray plain film and CT plain scan in determining bone fractures by χ 2-test. However, There was significantly different (P<0.01)for the ones between 2D/3D imaging reconstruction or it and CT plain scan together and X-ray plain film or CT plain scan.Conclusion:It could display clearly the anatomic structure of bone, and determine fractures and fractured types by the techniques of processing original image. Two or three-dimensional reconstruction imaging of bone was important complement to CT plain scan, both of them had important value to diagnose bone trauma.
