摘要
目的研究γ干扰素能否增强宫颈癌细胞对特异性效应细胞杀伤作用的敏感性,并对其作用机制进行探讨。方法采用细胞毒性试验观察不同剂量γ干扰素增强宫颈癌细胞对特异性效应细胞杀伤作用敏感性的影响,采用流式细胞术检测宫颈癌细胞HLA-A2分子和CD54的表达。结果γ干扰素可剂量依赖性地增强宫颈癌细胞对特异性效应细胞杀伤作用敏感性,并能增加宫颈癌细胞HLA-A2分子和CD54的表达。结论γ干扰素可增强宫颈癌细胞对特异性效应细胞杀伤作用的敏感性,其作用机制与其上调宫颈癌细胞表面HLA-A2分子和CD54分子表达有关。
Objective To study whether the interferon-γ enhanced the specific CTL lysis of the tumor cell, and to investigate its mec- hanism. Methods The susceptibility of the cervical tumor cell to CTL lysis under the stimulation of interferon-γ at different concentrations were investigated by cytotoxicity test. The expressions of HLA-A2 and CD54 on the tumor cell were detected by flow cytometry. Results The interferon-γ enhanced the specific CTL lysis of the tumor cell in a dose-dependent manner and also increased the expressions of HLA-A2 and CD54 on the tumor cell. Conclusion Interferon-γ can enhance the susceptibility of the cervical tumor cell to CTL lysis, and the mechanisms are associated with the enhanced expression of HLA-A2 and CD54 on the tumor cell surface.
