摘要
通过对速冻机作适当的几何简化,建立了相应的数学物理模型.使用PHOENICS软件对速冻机内的流场进行了数值模拟,分析了板带运动、空气进口速度、流动通道高度及空气入射角等对内部流场的影响.研究结果表明,空气进口速度和通道高度的选取应综合考虑空气流速大小、流速均匀性和流动阻力损失等3方面因素;最佳空气入射角应为0°.
Numerical simulation of temperature and velocity field is carried out on a freezer based on PHONE-ICS code. The physical and mathematical models are established by suitable geometric simplifying. The effect of the moving of the transmission belt, the inlet velocity and inner flow field with different height of channel and angle of incidence are analyzed. It is indicated that the selection of the inlet velocity and height of channel should be under the combined consideration of magnitude, uniformity of air velocity along the transmission board and resistance loss of air flow. The best angle of incidence is zero.
