摘要
对冬枣品种的界定、呼吸类型及贮藏期间品质变化等进行了分析,并提出几点相关建议,目的是为延长冬枣商业货架期。
This paper defined the dongzao jujube,anacysed the respiration of dongzao jujube fruits and the changes of dongzao fruits during storage and gave some advice about how to extend the shelf period of dongzao jujube.
