摘要 对TiNi合金超弹性(SE)的特性、影响因素和工程应用的研究现状进行了综合评述。着重介绍了TiNi合金SE的特点及其工程意义,合金成分、热处理和加工工艺对SE的影响,以及超弹性TiNi合金在结构振动被动控制和耐磨损方面的应用,并就目前研究的不足以及该研究领域的发展方向提出了一些看法。 Recent progress in research on the characteristics, influencing factors and engineering applications of TiNi alloys superelasticity (SE) was reviewed. The review mainly includes the characteristics and engineering significance of TiNi alloy SE, the effects of chemical composition, heat treatment, and working process on TiNi alloy SE, and the applications of TiNi alloy SE in passive control of structural vibration and wear-resistance. Shortcomings and future researching fields were also pointed out.
