摘要
通过适当的制备工艺,制得了含大量玻璃相的氧化锆复合生物陶瓷材料,这种材料具有较高的室温强度(200MPa以上)和较低的吸水率。研究结果表明,玻璃粉加入量与烧结温度对复合材料的性能有很大影响,随着氧化锆含量的增加,烧成温度与材料的强度也相应升高。通过对实验数据的分析讨论,最终得到各种玻璃粉含量的氧化锆陶瓷的最佳烧成温度范围。
By proper processing, the zirconoia ceramics biomaterials with large amount of glassy intergranular phase were synthesized. These materials had high fracture strenth at room temperature and had few pore inside. Density, fracture strength and constriction rate were observed. On the basis of all above, some useful conclusions have been got. The different amount of glass phase and the sintering temperature had very important influences on the ceramics' properties. At the same time, the best sintering temperature of the zirconia ceramics has been obtained.
